This early evening gathering is a relaxed space to connect with other first-gen students, enjoy pancakes, and build community. Stop by for food, conversation, and a sweet break in your week. Penn Live Arts celebrates the return of Nrityagram, the acclaimed Indian classical dance ensemble, to our stage. Enjoy a performance celebrating three decades of work by artistic director Surupa Sen in the Odissi dance tradition, accompanied by Nrityagram’s own live music ensemble. Stay after the performance for a conversation with Surupa Sen, moderated by Swarthmore Professor of Performing Arts Pallabi Chakravorty. Co-sponsored by Penn Live Arts and Platt House.
