Through office-generated programs and close collaboration with the undergraduate Schools and campus partners, Penn First Plus endeavors to offer timely events that address the questions and needs of first-generation and lower-income undergraduates. Penn First Plus and Penn First Plus Alumni Relations are excited to launch First Gen Alumni Open Hours. Join us every Friday in February for a casual pop-in where you can ask your candid questions about life after college and what it means to find success! For our premiere session, we’re excited to host Ashish Rughwani, W’95, E’95, co-chair of the P1P Alumni Association!

Ashish is a Class of ‘95 graduate from the Management and Technology joint degree program with a B.S. degree Summa Cum Laude in Economics with a concentration in Finance from The Wharton School and a B.S. degree Summa Cum Laude in Electrical Engineering from Penn Engineering. He is also a Class of ‘01 graduate of Harvard Business School with an MBA. Ashish is the Founding Partner of Dominus Capital, a private investment firm that he helped start in 2008. Prior to this, he was with Quad-C and Bain Capital Partners’ Boston and London offices.
